Achari Korma

Achari Korma a very tasty Pakistani dish with a exotic blending flavors. It is very famous through the world and can be enjoyed with chapatti and Naan.

Ingredients of Achari Korma:

Achari korma Recipe
Boneless beef : ½ kg
Water : 3 cups
Oil : ½ cup
Yogurt: ½ cup
Red chili whole: 8
Golden fried onions : ½ cup (crushed)
Onion seeds : ½ tsp
Chili powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Lemon juice : 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds : ½ tsp
Turmeric: ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions of Achari Korma:

Take a medium sized pan and cook beef with water, salt and turmeric until it gets tender and stock is left.
Take another pan and heat oil in it then add mustard seed and whole chilli and souk for 2 minute.
Add the tenders beef in it with fried onion, onion seeds, chili powder, cumin seeds and garlic ginger paste.
Add lemon juice and yogurt and cook for 10 minutes at low flame.
After 10 minutes cook it on high flame until oil appears on the top of beef.
Very tasty Achari Korma is ready enjoy it with hot Naan or chapatti.
