Ingredients of Baked Cheesecake:

Fresh cheese spreads: 600 g

Cream: 500 ml

Strawberry jam: 250g

Crackers: 18 g

Cognac: 50 ml

Sugar: 2 tbsp

Preparation method of Baked Cheesecake:

Crackers put in a bowl and crush with the help of a chopper or we put them in a plastic bag and crush with a mallet.
When the 18 crushed graham crackers are sprayed with 50 milliliters of Cognac mixing well. We put the cookies on the bottom of a spring form pan and put it in the oven 15 minutes at 180 ยบ. Over time, we take it out of the oven and set aside.
Put in the bowl of the mixer, 600 grams of fresh cheese spreads, 500 ml cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and beat well until thoroughly mixed.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. When is the last 15 minutes cover with foil to prevent burning the remaining 15 minutes. Over time, we get it from the oven and let cool.
When cool decorate it with 250 grams of strawberry jam. We leave in the refrigerator until serving time.
