Batta Gosht

Batta Gosht is a delicious dish which is available at the most restaurants. This is very famous recipe which is served with fresh salad and hot tandori rooti or Naan.

Ingredients of Batta Gosht:

Batta Gosht Recipe
Beef : 1 kg
Red chili powder : 2 tbsp
Oil : 1/2 cup
Clove: 3 to 4
Ginger/Garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Coriander powder : 2 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Cinnamon : 1 stick
Green Cardamom : 3 to 4
Black Cardamom : 2
Salt to taste
Lemon onion slices and chopped green chilli for garnish.

Cooking Directions of Batta Gosht:

Get the flat and thin pasanday of beef. Heat oil in a medium sized pan and add beef in it.
Add black and green cardamoms and cinnamon in beef and wait till a frying smell. Add garlic and ginger paste, coriander, red chilli, cumin and one cup water. Cook the beef with covered led up to 1 hr. When beef is tendered the take it out in a bowl and garnish with green coriander, green chilli and onion rings. Delicious Batta Gosht is ready to serve.
