Bean Curd and Tomatoes


Ingredients of Bean Curd and Tomatoes:

Bean Curd and Tomatoes Recipe
Tomatoes: 1 ½ kg

Bean Curd Cake: 3

Green onion: 3

Oil: 2tbsp

Butter: 1tbsp

Stock: 6tbsp

Soya sauce: 1/2tbsp

Sugar: 1tbsp

Cooking Method of Bean Curd and Tomatoes:

Boil tomatoes into hot water, peel off them and cut one tomato into four pieces.
Cut the bean curd cake and onion into small pieces and heat up oil and butter into pan.
Now add tomatoes and salt into hot butter and fry for 4 minutes and add stock and run the spoon for 5 to 6 minutes.
Now serve in dish.

Serving:

6 to 7 people.
