Beef Boti

Beef Boti is the favorite dish in indo -pak region. To make this recipe is not much difficult. It can be cooked at home easily .If you follow the simple steps defined below you will be successful to cook and wonderful dish.

Ingredients of Beef Boti:

Beef Boti Recipe
Beef undercut : ½ kg
Oil : 2 tbsp
Red pepper(crushed): 1 tbsp
Green chili : 3 (ground)
Corn flour : 2 tbsp
Lemon juice : 1
Tamarind paste : 3 tbsp
Papaya paste: 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp
Cumin powder: 1 tbsp
Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric : ½ tbsp
Chaat masala : 1 tbsp
Chili sauce : 2 tbsp
Shashlik sticks as required and salt to taste.

Cooking Directions of Beef Boti:

Cut the beef into small pieces.
Marinate it with the tamarind paste, papaya paste, ginger garlic, red pepper, cumin, green chilies, lemon juice paste, coriander powder, turmeric, chaat masala, oil and salt.
Also add corn flour and chilli sauce and wait for 15-30 minutes.
Take the shashlik sticks and thread 3-4 pieces in it.
Grilled it in grill pan until it gets brown.
Enjoy the delicious beef boti. Serve it with rice or Naan.
