Beef Ganoff

Beef Ganoff is a bit tough recipe. If you care the original quantity of spices and proper heat then there is no problem al all. You have to strictly follow then step by step instructions then you will be successful to make a very delicious Beef Ganoff.

Ingredients of Beef Ganoff:

Beef Ganoff Recipe
Beef sliced : ½ kg

Beef stock : 1 glass

Flour : 2 tbsp (roasted)

Onion : 1 (chopped)

Oil : 2 tbsp

Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp

Fresh cream : ½ cup

Pasta: ½ packet

Black pepper powder: 1 tsp

Garlic paste : 1 tbsp

Worcestershire sauce : 2 tbsp

Mushrooms: ½ cup (sliced)

Salt as required.

Cooking Directions of Beef Ganoff:

Heat oil in a medium size pan put the beef in it with black pepper, onion and salt. Fry it unlit beef color changed to brown and smell of frying. Add beef stock, Garlic paste, tomato, ketchup and sauce in it. Cover the pan and cook it for 15-20 minutes at low flame till the beef tender. Delicious Beef Ganoff is ready, garnish it with fresh coriander and sere the guests.
