Beef Potato Curry

Beef Potato Curry is very delicious and tasty recipe which most common in the sub-continent. This can be served with Naan and roti as well as rice.

Ingredients of Beef Potato Curry:

Beef meat : 1 kg
Potato : ½ kg
Oil as required
Onion: 5
Black cardamom: 2
Green cardamom: 2
Black pepper: 8 – 10
Red chili: 8
Clove: 6
Cinnamon : 1 stick
Ginger and garlic : 3 tsp
Green chili : 8
Vinegar : ¼ cup
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Cumin seed: ½ tsp
Mustard seeds: ½ tsp
Coriander : 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.

Cooking Directions of Beef Potato Curry:

Take a medium sized pan and heat the oil in it.
Fry the potato pieces until it gets light brown .And put it aside for later use.
Roast mustard seeds, turmeric powder, cumin and red chilli and blend it.
Then add green cardamom, black pepper, clove, whole coriander, black cardamom, green cardamom, black pepper, coriander, cinnamon, ginger garlic and make paste.
Brown the onion in oil and add beef until it gets brown, then add the paste of all ingredients which we have made earlier and also little amount of water.
Cook it until meat gets tender. Then add fried potatoes, cover and green chilli and cook for few minutes.
When oil come on the surface then dish out it.
Very tasty and unique Beef Potato Curry is ready served it with hot Naan or Roti.

Serving:

4-6 People.
