Best Brownies

Ingredients of Best Brownies:

Powdered sugar: 220gm
Softened butter: 110gm
Dark chocolate: 190gm
Flour: 180gm
Eggs : 3
Vanilla sugar: 1packet
Baking powder: 1tsp
Salt: 1pinch
Walnuts: 200gm

Preparation Method of Best Brownies:

Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).

Butter and flour the mold it, drop the excess by tapping backwards.

Melt the chocolate, broken into small pieces in a bowl.

Remove from the heat source as soon as the chocolate is melted.

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs without too much work.

Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Finally, add the crushed walnuts. Mix again.

Pour into pan and bake 30 to 35 min.
