Bihari Pasanday

Bihari Pasanday is a very delicious Karachi (Pakistan) dish which is very famous at many restaurants in Karachi. Beef marinated with delicious behari masala served with pratha. It is very easy to make it at home.

Ingredients of Bihari Pasanday:

Bihari Pasanday Recipe
Beef Pasadena: 1 kg
Oil: 4 – 5 tbsp
Lemons : 4-5
Black pepper : ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Green cardamoms : 6 (ground)
Cumin : 1 tsp (roasted and ground)
Raw papaya : 2 tbsp
Behari Masala: 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cooking Directions of Bihari Pasanday:

Cut the beef in small pieces and marmite with the lemon juice.
After 15 minutes add all other ingredients like ginger garlic paste, black peppers, , cardamoms, cumin, papaya paste, behari masala and salt.
Cover the pan and wait for 2 hours.
After 2 hours cook the beef on griller.
Delicious Bihari Pasanday are ready, serve with ring onion and ketchup and sliced onion.
