Bong Stew

Bong Stew is a special spicy indo-pak dish. This dish has a strong tasty aroma and it can be served with Naan.

Ingredients of Bong Stew:

Bong Stew Recipe
Beef bong: ½ kg
Oil : ½ cup
Onion : 2 medium
Dry red chili : 6 – 8
Potato cut in 1 inch : 2
Chicken bouillon cube : 1
Chopped Tomato : 2
Clove : 4 – 5
Green cardamom: 3 – 4
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks : 2
Black pepper : 8 – 10
Ginger and garlic paste : 2 tbsp
All spice powder : ½ tsp
Salt as per taste and Coriander leaves for garnish purpose.

Cooking Directions of Bong Stew:

Take a medium sized pan and heat the oil. Fry the onion till light brown.
In other pan cook the meat with ginger and garlic paste and water.
When meats get tender then add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, whole black peppers, dry red chilies and remaining ginger garlic paste and oil with onion. Stir it for few minutes.
Now add chilli powder, salt, chopped tomato, potato and all spices powder.
Cook it until all potato tender and oil separates and come over the gravy.
A tasty bong stew is ready, garnish it with fresh coriander and serve it with hot Naan.
