Brown Meat

Brown Meat is a pure Bangladeshi dish. It has a spicy taste so on the occasions it is the best homemade recipe. It may be served with boiled rice.

Ingredients of Brown Meat:

Meat Boneless: 2 kg

Cooking oil: 1 cup

Chopped Onion: 1/2 cup

Green chili: 1/2 tsp (ground)

Coconut: 1 cup (grated)

Ginger & Garlic: 2tbsp (paste)

Cinnamon: 3/4 tsp (ground)

Chopped Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Cooking Directions of Brown Meat:

Cut the meat into small pieces and grind the coconut.
Combine all ingredients except oil and mix with meat.
After marinating wait for 2 hours.
Take large size pan put oil in it and add meat after the boiling of oil.
Cover the pan and wait until meat is tender.
If met does not tender then add small amount of water in it.
Cook the meat at low flame until oil separates.
Very tasty brown meat is ready; serve it with rice or pratha.

Serving:

6-8 People.
