Brownie and Orange Sabayon is a new type of brownie recipe.

For the brownie:

Dark chocolate: 75gm
Candied orange peel: 30gm
For the sabayon:
Egg yolks : 5
Caster sugar: 120gm
Orange juice: 250 ml

Preparation Method of Brownie and orange sabayon:

Garnish with a rectangular pan with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven thermostat. (180 ° C).

Sprinkle the flour into a bowl.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan.

When they are melted, remove the pan from the heat and add the sugar and salt.

Mix and then add the flour.

Incorporate the eggs one by one mixing.

Cut the candied orange peel into strips.

Add-in three-quarters to the batter and mix.

Bake for 20 min.Turn out the brownies and cut into small squares.

Prepare the sabayon:

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a heavy saucepan until frothy.

Divide the sabayon in spoons with brownie cubes and decorate with candied strips remaining. Serve immediately.
