Brownie Sundae

Brownie is a very favorable recipe. Its taste is amazing.

Ingredients of Brownie Sundae:

Brownie Sundae Recipe
Vanilla ice cream: 6scoops
some chopped walnuts as required

For the brownie:

Dark chocolate: 200gm
Soft butter : 130gm
Powdered sugar: 150gm
Coffee vanilla sugar: 1c
Eggs: 3
Flour: 70
Walnuts: 100gm

For the chocolate sauce:

Dark chocolate : 200gm
Milk: 150ml
Heavy cream: 75g

Preparation of Brownie Sundae:

Preheat the oven to (180 ° C).

Chop the chocolate and melt it in a saucepan or in the microwave. Let cool for a few minutes.

Add the butter cut into small pieces and stir.

In a bowl, mix the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the eggs (at room temperature), one by one, beat it all, until it is creamy (white and sparkling).

Add in sifting the flour and a pinch of salt. Combine this mixture with the chocolate, add the coarsely chopped walnuts.

Pour into a butter paper and bake for 30 min.

Cool height (in cans for example), because it allows air to pass underneath.

Prepare the sauce:

Break the chocolate into small pieces and set aside.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over low heat.

Once hot, remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate at once. Let it melt slowly, stirring with a wooden spatula.

When the mixture becomes smooth, add the cream, mix well and replace the pan on the stove a few moments. Keep warm.

Prepare brownie:

At the last moment, cut units brownies and put them in small plates.

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream, pour the chocolate sauce and sprinkle some coarsely chopped walnuts.

Serve immediately.
