Brownie Recipe

Ingredients for Brownie:

Dark chocolate: 200gm
Eggs: 3

Coffee cups of sugar: 200 g

Coffee cup of flour: about 100 g
Butter: 150gm

Preparation Method of Brownie:

Preheat the oven on (180 ° C).

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.

In a saucepan, gently melt the chocolate (it does not cook), and add the butter to obtain a smooth mixture. Add the chocolate / butter mixture to egg / sugar.

Add a cup of flour and mix well. Grease a cake pan and pour the preparation.

Bake for about 25 minutes, checking regularly cooking.

Tasty Brownie is ready, serve with tea or cold drink.
