Brownies with Pralines

Brownies with Pralines is a unique taste recipe.

Chocolate in cocoa: 200gm

Eggs : 4

Powdered sugar : 150gm

Flour : 120gm

Soft butter: 120gm

Vanilla powder: 1pinch

Pink pralines: 100gm

Preparation Method Brownies with Pralines:

Preheat the oven on (180 °).

Butter and flour a square pan 20 centimeters.

In a bowl, break the chocolate into pieces and let soften 4-5 minutes in the microwave, without letting it melt completely.

In a bowl, work the butter at room temperature with powdered sugar with an electric mixer until consistency of cream. Then stir in the vanilla, then the eggs, one at a time, always with an electric whisk.

When the dough is smooth, stir in the flour, then the chocolate softened.

Beat the dough with an electric whisk.

Grind coarsely pralines robot (or wrap in a towel and crush with a rolling pin), then stir into the batter.

Pour into prepared pan, smoothing the surface with the back of a spoon.

Bake at mid-height and cook for 20 min.

Let cool 10 minutes out of the oven, unmold onto a rack and let cool completely.

Then cut the cake into 18 equal squares and arrange on a platter.

Serving:

2-3 People.
