Butterfly Shrimp

Ingredients of Butterfly Shrimp:

Butterfly Shrimp Recipe
Egg: 2

Ginger: 50gm

Soya sauce: 1tbsp

Shrimp: ½ kg

Oil: as required

Ajenomoto: as required

Corn flour: 50gm

Green onion: 50gm

Black pepper: 1tbsp

Cooking Method of Butterfly Shrimp:

Chop ginger and garlic, beat eggs and mix with corn flour, add ajenomoto in it.
Take shrimp and mix with soya sauce and ginger garlic and dip in to eggs batter and fry into hot oil.
Fry shrimp until brown.
