Cake with Chocolate Balls

Ingredients of Cake with Chocolate Balls:

Cake with chocolate balls Recipe
Cake home: 400g

Yogurt cake : 1

Cheese: 80 g

Dark chocolate: 250 g

For decoration: coconut, chocolate vermicelli or sugar, bitter cocoa powder and chopped almonds.

Preparation of Cake with Chocolate Balls:

Mix by hand or crumble cake.
Add cheese and stir until a homogeneous paste (neither too dry nor too wet).
Place in fridge for 30 minutes minimum to strengthen.
Shape balls the size of a walnut rolling them between your palms.
At this point, put a lollipop stick and let stand 30 min.
Melt the chocolate in a Bain Marie.
Put the ball in the chocolate and help you stick to coat. Tap the stick on the edge of the pan to remove excess chocolate.
Garnish with grated coconut, unsweetened cocoa, sugar or chocolate vermicelli.
You can make cake balls cake with any financial, four quarts, cake, cake or bread pudding.
