Cake with Candied Fruit

Ingredients of Cake with Candied Fruit:

Cake with Candied Fruit Recipe
Raisins: 125 g

Candied fruit: 200 g

Butter: 125 g

Powdered sugar : 125 g

Eggs: 3

Flour: 200 g

Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon

Salt : 1 pinch

Preparation of Cake with Candied Fruit:

Allow cake pan 24 to 26 cm long and line it with parchment paper and butter. Preheat the oven at 180/210 °.
Macerate the raisins and candied fruit in rum and cut the butter.
In a bowl put the butter, add sugar rain whisking until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating between each egg.
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder, gradually pour in the above mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Pour into pan, bake and cook for 25 minutes before lowering the oven at 120°C.
Check for doneness by plunging a knife into center of cake, it should come out clean.
Cake with candied fruit is ready. Turn out the cake without removing the baking paper, let sit for 24 hours before serving.

Serving:

2-3 people.
