Cake with Coconut

Ingredients of Cake with Coconut:

Soft butter : 170 g

Caster sugar: 140 g

Eggs: 4

Milk: 2-3 c. tablespoons

Vanilla pod : 1

Grated coconut1 : 25 g

Coconut milk : 200ml

Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Corn flour: 50 g

Salt 1 pinch

Preparation of Cake with Coconut:

Preheat your oven at 180 ° C. Then butter a loaf pan.
In a bowl pour the coconut. Wet it with coconut milk and dilute it all with a little milk.
Add small black seeds of vanilla and mix well.
In another bowl, work the butter into cream with powdered sugar. Add the egg yolks.
Above this preparation sift together the flour, cornstarch, salt and yeast.\

Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake at mid-height and cook for 50 min.
