Cashew nut Prawns

 

Ingredients of Cashew nut and Prawns:

Cashew nut Prawns Recipe
Prawns: 1/2kg
Corn Flour: 2tbsp
Oil: 1cup
Vinegar: 1tbsp
Milk: 1tsp
Carrot: 1/2cup
Salad: 3 leaves
Salt, black pepper: 2tsp
Ajinomoto: 1 pinch

Cooking Method of Cashew nut and Prawns:

Take vinegar, black pepper, salt ajinomoto and corn flour mix them well.
Add milk into it and rub it on prawns for 2 hours.
Fry the prawns in very hot oil.
Now serve fried prawns with cashew nuts.

Serving:

5 to 6.
