White Fewing Chicken

 

Ingredients of White Fewing Chicken:

White Fewing Chicken Recipe
Chicken: 1/2kg

Cabbage: 100gm

Black pepper: 1/2tsp

Ajinomoto: 1tsp

Fewing sauce: 1cup

Cooking Method of White Fewing Chicken:

Cut chicken into long piece and cabbage.
Sprinkle ajinomoto and black pepper on cabbage slices.
Put chicken pieces on the cabbage slices, sprinkle ajinomoto and black pepper on it.
Put into oven for half an hour.
Now put fewing sauce on the stove when it will hot then add chicken and cabbage in it and cook for 10 minutes and serve.

Serving:

5 to 6.

Silver Chicken

 

Ingredients of Silver Chicken:

Silver Chicken Recipe
Chicken: 1

Green onion: 1

White Vinegar: 4cups

Salt: 1 1/2tsp

Ginger: 4pieces

Cooking Method of Silver Chicken:

Rub the salt on chicken. Put onion and ginger slices into the chicken and leave for half an hour.
Rub vinegar and leave for 3 hours.
Cook chicken in steam for a half an hour.
Discard the onion and ginger and serve with potato chips and salad.

Serving:

5 to 6.

Cut Chicken

Ingredients of Cut Chicken:

Cut Chicken Recipe
Chicken: 250gm

Green onion: 1

Cooking Method of Cut Chicken:

Boil chicken with onion, salt and water.
When boil then keep it in pan for some minutes.
Now cut it into small pieces and serve with sauce.

Serving:

2 to 3.

Chicken Curry

 

Ingredients of Chicken Curry:

Chicken Curry Recipe
Chicken: 3pound
Curry powder: 2tbsp
Onion: 1
Ghee: 4tbsp
Garlic: 1 whole
Soya sauce: 1tbsp
Salt: 1/2tsp
Stock: 1/2cup

Cooking Method of Chicken Curry:

Rub the salt on the chicken. Fry chicken for 5 minutes.
Take oil into a pan and onion and garlic and fry for a minute.
Add curry powder and salt into it and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add stock and soya sauce into it now pours the chicken into it.
Now cook for 20 minutes.

Serving:

5 to 6.

Chicken Piece and Green Peas

 

Ingredients of Chicken Piece and Green peas:

Chicken Piece and Green Peas Recipe
Chicken Breast: 1
Ghee: 2tbsp
Frozen Peas: 1 packet
Soya sauce: 2tsp
Salt: 1/2tsp
Stock: 2tbsp
Black Pepper: as required
Sugar: 1tsp
Corn Flour: 2tsp

Cooking Method of Chicken Piece and Green Peas:

Cut chicken into cubes. Melt the Frozen Peas.
Add corn flour, salt and black pepper.
Fry chicken for 2 minutes.
Boil peas, soya sauce and sugar for 3 minutes.
Now mix chicken and boiled peas.
Now fry on high flame and serve.

Serving:

4 to 5.

Chinese Chargha


Ingredients of Chinese Chargha:

Chinese Chargha Recipe
Chicken: 4 pound

Gun powder Sauce: 1cup

Cooking Method of Chinese Chargha:

Take a pan and put chicken and gun powder sauce in it.
Put it into preheated oven which is hot on 375 c.
Put it oven for 3 or 4 hours.
During this process turn the chicken and serve it.

Serving:

7 to 8 people.

Chicken Shashilk

 

Ingredients of Chicken Shashilk:

Chicken Shashilk Recipe
Oil: 3tbsp
Mustard seed: 1tsp
Red chili: 1/2tsp
Salt: 1tsp
Black pepper: 1tsp
Ginger: 1/2tsp
Chicken, Capsicum, tomato and Onion: cubes cut

Ingredients of Chicken Shashilk:

Boil tomatoes into water.
Heat up oil and fry garlic and all things and make sauce to thick.
Add black pepper, salt, red chilies, ginger, mustard seed, chicken and leave for half an hour.
Now skewers the capsicum, onion, tomato and chicken cubes.
Fri them and pour tomato sauce and serve with rice.

Serving:

As your material of vegetables and chicken cubes.

Chinese Chicken Kofta

 

Ingredients of Chinese Chicken Kofta:

Chinese Chicken Kofta Recipe
Chicken: 1kg
Oil: as required
Onion: 75gm
Egg: 5
Ginger: 25gm
Soya sauce: 2tbsp
Corn Flour: 3tbsp
Ajinomoto: 1/2tbsp
Black pepper: 2tsp

Cooking Method of Chinese Chicken kofta:

Make paste of onion and ginger, and make mince of chicken as well.
Mix chicken with beaten eggs, soya sauce, corn flour, ajinomoto and black pepper.
Make small balls of the mince like kofta and fry all the koftas into hot oil.
After golden brown color serve it with tomato ketchup.

Serving:

7 to 8 people.

Chicken Piece and Beans

Ingredients of Chicken Piece and Onion:

Chicken Piece and Beans Recipe
Chicken Breast: 1
Salt: 1/2tsp
Peas: 1packet
Ghee: 2tbsp
Stock: 2tbsp
Soya sauce: 2tbsp
Corn Flour: 2tbsp
Sugar: 1tsp
Black pepper: as required

Cooking Method of Chicken piece and Onion:

Make cubes of chicken, melt frozen peas, and add salt, corn flour, black pepper.
Fry chicken for 1 minute and boil peas, sugar, and stock and soya sauce for 3 minutes.
Now mix both chicken and vegetables and fry for 1 minute.

Serving:

4 people.

Chicken Noodles

 

Ingredients of Chinese Noodles:

Chicken Noodles Recipe
Noodles: 1cup
Peas: 1cup
Chicken Leg: 2 boiled
Tomato Sauce: 1/4cup
Potato: 1 boiled
Black pepper: 1/2tsp
Salt: ΒΌ tsp

Cooking Method of Chicken Noodles:

Boil noodles and put into a dish.
Put peas and potato on the dish with noodles.
Now put chicken legs and sprinkle black pepper.
Serve with tomato sauce.
