Spring Rolls

 

Ingredients of Spring Rolls:

Spring Rolls Recipe
Cabbage: 2 cup
Prawn: 250gm
Mince: 250gm
Oil: 3tbsp
Soya Sauce: 2tbsp
Chicken stock: 2tbsp
Corn flour: 2tbsp
Plain flour Rolls: 20
Oil: 4cup
Sugar: 1tsp

Preparation Method of Spring Rolls:

Take 1tbsp oil into pan and fry cabbage and onion for 3 minutes.
Fry mince and prawn into 3tbsp oil for 5 minutes.
Now add sugar, stock, salt, soya sauce, onion and cabbage into it.
Make roll of plain flour dough and roll it with vegetables batter.
Seal the edges of rolls with paste of flour.
Now fry the rolls into hot oil and serve with sauce.

Serving:

10 to 15.

Prawn Crackers

Ingredients of Prawn crackers:

Prawn Crackers Recipe
Shrimp: 200 g

Potato flour: 200 g

Salt and pepper

Water

Preparation method of Prawn crackers:

Chips for shrimp
Boil a small amount of water with salt and pepper. Put the flour potatoes in a dish and pour water on it. Mix and then add the chopped shrimp.
Form a roll and have it steam for about 45 minutes.
When the sausage is cooked, let it rest for a day in the open air.
Then cut thin slices and let them sit another day.
Heat oil in a pan deep enough then drop it a few slices of potato chips. Let them brown a few minutes then drain them and place them on absorbent paper.
Let cool a few minutes then enjoy.

Serving:

2-3 people.

Stir Fry Fonks and Dragon

 

Ingredients of stir fry Fonks and dragon:

Stir Fry Fonks and Dragon Recipe
Chicken breast: 1
Prawns: ½ pound
Oil: 1tbsp
Soya Sauce: 1/2tbsp
Mushrooms: 1/2cup
Salt: 1/2tsp
Cucumber: 1
Garlic: 1 whole
Sugar: 1tsp
Onion: 1tbsp

Cooking method of Stir fry Fonks and Dragon:

Sprinkle salt on prawns and leave for 10 minutes.
Fry garlic and onion for a minute and fry chicken and prawns for 2 minutes.
Now add soya sauce and sugar into fry pan, add prawns and chicken pieces into it.
Now fry with cucumber and mushrooms with above and serve.

Serving:

7 to 8 people.

Sweet and Sour Fish

 

Ingredients of Sweet and Sour Fish:

Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe
Fish: 1
Salt: 1/2tsp
Mix spice: 1tbsp
Corn flour: 1tbsp
Pepper: 2tbsp
Soy sauce: 4tbsp
Butter: as required
Sugar: 2tbsp
Ajenomoto: 2tbsp
Vinegar: ½ cup

Cooking Method of sweet and sour fish:

Take a bowl and add vinegar, salt, soya sauce, pepper, ajenomoto and mix spices.
Clean the fish and coat above batter on it.
Now coat butter on the fish.
And cook on low flame in oven.

Serving:

5 to 6 people.

Spicy Fish Broth

 

Ingredients of Spicy Fish Broth:

Spicy Fish Broth Recipe
Fish: 1kg

Onion: 150gm

Vinegar: 1cup

Water: 2liter

Ajinomoto: 1tsp

Black pepper: 10

Cooking Method of Spicy Fish Broth:

Make mince of Fish. Cut onion into thin slices.
Boil fish with ajinomoto and water and cook for 10 minutes.
Now add black pepper, vinegar and onion and cook for 10 minutes more on low flame.
Now turn off flame and serve Broth stock.

Serving:

7 to 8.

Radish and Soup Prawn

Ingredients of Radish and Soup Prawn:

Radish and Soup Prawn Recipe
Radish: 100gm

Dry Prawns: 7

Oil: 15gm

Vinegar, salt: as required

Onion: as required

Cooking Method of Radish and Soup Prawn:

Fry onion and vinegar into it.
Add water, radish and prawns. Boil soup and add salt and serve.

Serving:

2 to 3.

Prawn Green Chili

Ingredients of Prawn Green Chili:

Prawn Green Chili Recipe

Prawn: 1/2kg

Capsicum: 250gm

Onion: 100gm

Garlic: 6cloves

Red chili, oil, tomato sauce, vinegar, gun powder sauce: 50gm of each

Cooking Method of Prawn Green Chili:

Cut prawns and capsicum into equal size.
Chop the red chilies.
Fry the garlic and onion and add prawns into it.
After some minutes add red chili and green chili and serve.

Serving:

5 to 6.

Sweet and Salty Fish Fillet

 

Ingredients of Sweet and Salty Fish Fillet:

Sweet and Salty Fish Fillet recipe
Fish Fillet: 4

Flour: 1tbsp

Sugar: 3tbsp

Water: 1/2cup

Vinegar: 2tbsp

Ginger water: 1/4tsp

Egg: 1

Salt: 1tbsp

Cooking Method of sweet and Salty Fish Fillet:

Mix flour and water and cook on low flame and add sugar into it until will thick.
Leave it for cool down and spread egg on fish fillet and fry fish in hot oil until it will brown.
Now serve it hot with salads.

Serving:

3 to 4 .

Dried Fried Prawns

 

Ingredients of Dried fried prawns:

Dried Fried Prawns Recipe
Prawns: 10

Salt: 2tbsp

Oil: 2tbsp

Soya sauce: 1tbsp

Green onion: 2 bunches

Broth 2tbsp

Cooking Method of Dry Fried Prawns:

Clean the prawns and add onion, salt and soya sauce into it.
Heat up oil and add stock and fry for 1 minute.
Add prawns, onion, soya sauce and salt into stock.
Fry for 5 minutes and serve.

Serving:

4 to 5.

Shrimp with Green Pepper

Ingredients of Shrimp with Green pepper:

Prawns: 1/2kg
Capsicum: 250gmShrimp with Green Pepper Recipe
Oil: 2tbsp
Oil: 1
Onion: 2tbsp
Tomato sauce: 2tbsp
Red chilies: 10
Garlic: 5cloves
Vinegar: 2tbsp

Cooking Method of Shrimp with Green Pepper:

Cut the capsicum same as the size of shrimp or prawns.
Fry garlic, onion and prawns into it.
Add red chili and capsicum and fry for 4 minutes and put it on steam for 10 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce.
