Butter: 1/2cup
Paneer: 1/2cup
Kewera: 1tbsp
Dry fruit: as required

Cooking Method of Dum Sew:

Fry cardamom into ghee.
Fry sew and add hot milk into it.
Add sugar into it and khoya and dried dates.
Now sprinkle kewera and dry fruits on it and serve.

Ingredients of Celery Chips:

Celeriac: 1/2
Coffee curry powder: 1 c.
Coffee paprika: 1 c.
Oil for frying
Salt

Preparation Method of Celery Chips:

Peel the celery and cut it into very thin slices preferably robot or mandolin.

Blend the garlic, ginger, green chili, salt, chicken, black pepper, soya sauce, bread slices and make kebabs of them.
Heat up butter on grill pan and grill the kebabs.
Put kebab on burger, tomato slices cucumber, mayonnaise and ketchup.
