Polish Borscht

Ingredients of Polish Borscht:

Polish Borscht Recipe
Beef in the collar: 500 g
Bacon: 100 g
Cabbage: 500 g
Beetroot: 500 g
Celeriac: 1 quart
Onion (big): 1
Leek (small): 1
Chopped parsley: 1 c. soup
Wine vinegar: 1 tbsp. soup
Cream
Salt and pepper

Preparation method of Polish Borscht:

Bring 1.5 liters of water, salt and pepper to a boil. Put some beef and pork belly. Cook to a rolling boil. During the first 30 minutes of cooking, skim regularly. Wash cabbage, remove damaged leaves, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut the leaves into strips.Itemize them into julienne, with the exception of one that you grate and mix with vinegar. Peel the celery and onion. Chop them. Charge leek into small pieces. After 40 minutes of cooking, add all the vegetables except sugar beet shredded. Cover and simmer over low heat for 50 min. Remove the meat and cut into cubes. Stir in grated beet cooking liquid. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm. Serve this soup with a little cream.

Show Chow Sauce

 

Ingredients of Shaw Chow Sauce:

Show Chow Sauce Recipe
Chicken Stock: 1/2g
Lemon zest: 1tsp
Stock: 2tbsp
Soya sauce: ½ point
Sugar: 1tbsp
Onion: 1tbsp

Cooking Method of Shaw Chow sauce:

Boil all the ingredients.
Cook for 15 minutes and refrigerate it.

Serving:

As you like.

Chinese Tomato Salad Soup

 

Ingredients of Chinese Tomato Salad Soup:

Chinese Tomato Salad Soup Recipe
Beef: ½ pound
Tomatoes: 4
Salt: as required
Black Pepper: as required
Water: 1 point
Stock: ½ cup

Cooking Method of Chinese Tomato Salad Soup:

Cut the meat into pieces and boil for a minute.
Cook for 1 and half hour on low flame.
Mix the stock, tomatoes, salad and spices into bowl and serve.

Serving:

5 people.

Tomato Soup Base

 

Ingredients of Tomato Soup Base:

Tomato Soup Base Recipe
Stock: 2cup
Tomato: 4
Onion: 1
Tomato paste: 2tsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Sugar: 1/2tsp
Garlic: 1clove

Cooking Method of Tomato Soup Base:

Fry onion into hot oil, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add stock, sugar and tomato paste and cook for 30 minutes.
Now blend and sieve.
Now put into fridge and use.

Serving:

As you like.

Soup of Pulse

Ingredients of Soup of Pulse:

Soup of Pulse Recipe
Mix daalen: 250gm

Black Pepper: 1/2tsp

Salt: 1tsp

Cooking Method of Soup of Pulse:

Take 1 liter water and dip daal into it overnight.
Now add salt and pepper into daal water and cook until water remain ¼ of whole.

Serving:

4 people.

Pyao Ping Soup

 

Ingredients of pyao Ping soup:

Pyao ping Soup Recipe
Stock: 4cup
Corn flour: 1tbsp
Spinach: 125gm
Tomato: 125gm
Cucumber: 25gm
Black pepper: 1tsp
Soya sauce: 1/2tsp
Ajinomoto: as required

Cooking Method of Pyao Ping Soup:

Boil tomatoes and peel off them. Cut the spinach into thin slices.
Boil the stock and add all things in it.
Boil for 5 minutes and and serve.

Serving:

2 to 3 people.

Sour Soup

 

Ingredients of Sour Soup:

Sour Soup Recipe
Chicken stock: 10cup
Cabbage: 150gm
Corn flour: 1/2cup
Salt: 1/2tbsp
Peas: 50gm
Carrot: 150gm
Black pepper; as required
Green chilies: 2
Sugar: 2tbsp
Egg: 1
Ajinomoto: 2tbsp
Tomato sauce: 1/4cup
Vinegar: 1/4cup

Cooking Method of Sour Soup:

Grate the carrots and cabbage and cut the green chilies into long cut.
Take all ingredients except egg and corn flour mix well and put on stove for 30 minutes on low flame.
Add corn flour into the all ingredients until it will thicken.
Now add egg white into it and cook for 2 minutes and serve.

Serving:

5 to 6.

Green and White Soup


Ingredients of Green and White Soup:

Green and White Soup Recipe
Milk: 1/2cup
Fewing sauce: 1cup
Stock: 1cup
Corn flour: 2tbsp
Pea’s soup: 1 box
Black pepper: 3tbsp
Salt: 1tsp

Cooking Method of Green and White Soup:

Now take a pan and add peas into it and put on fire and add salt and stock in it.
After it add corn flour into it and make it thick.
Take another pan and add milk, soya sauce, salt and stock in it and make it thick with corn flour.
Now take a bowl and pour green soup first and white after it.
And serve it.

Serving:

5 people.

Delicious Bean Soup

 

Ingredients of Delicious Bean Soup:

Delicious Bean Soup Recipe
Almond: 1cup

White beans: 1 ¼ cup

Olive oil: 2tbsp

Garlic: 5 cloves

Cooking Method of Delicious Bean Soup:

Boil the beans until will soft.
Make paste of almonds and mix with garlic.
Fry almond and garlic into oil and add beans and its boiled water into it.
When cook then add salt and spices into it and serve.

Serving:

5 to 6.

Chinese Chicken Corn Soup

 

Ingredients of Chinese Chicken Corn soup:

Chinese Chicken Corn Soup Recipe
Chicken Stock: 12cups
Egg: 4
Corn flour: 1/2cup
Corn: 1 cup
Chicken shredded: ½ cup
Salt: as required
Ajinomoto: 2tsp

Cooking Method of Chinese chicken Corn Soup:

Make bones of chicken and put on stove with bones, water and salt into pan.
Cook it for 2 hours, boil corn and crush them.
When meat will cook then separate stock with bones and add crushed corn into stock and cook for few minutes with chicken meat.
Add salt, ajinomto and sugar.
Mix the corn flour into water and add into stock.
When it starts to boil add beaten egg into it.
When springs will appear to soup then your soup is ready.

Serving:

6 to 7 people.
