Ingredients of Celery Chips:
Celeriac: 1/2
Coffee curry powder: 1 c.
Coffee paprika: 1 c.
Oil for frying
Salt
Preparation Method of Celery Chips:
Peel the celery and cut it into very thin slices preferably robot or mandolin.
Wash and dry the blades thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
Mix the paprika and curry.
Roll the strips of celery in it. Dip the slices in oil in small quantities.
Fry 1 minute then remove with a slotted spoon chips and drain on absorbent paper.
Repeat until all the ingredients.
Serve as an aperitif.
