Chicken Corn Soup

In winters chicken corn soup is really in demand. It is a creamy and spicy soup. Chicken corn soup is a comfort food for dinner with bread. This recipe makes it easy for anyone to cook this soup and enjoy in the frosty winters.

Ingredients of Chicken Corn Soup:

Chicken Corn Soup Recipe
Boneless chicken: ½ Kg
Chicken bones: ½ Kg
Sweet Corn: 1 tin
Hot Chili Sauce : 1 cup
Soy Sauce: 1 cup
Vinegar: 1 cup
Eggs : 3 to 4
Green Chilies: 5 to 6
Garlic cloves : 3 to 4
Chinese Salt: ½ tsp
Corn Flour : 3 to 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder: As Desired
Salt: As required

Cooking directions of Chicken Corn Soup:

Take some water and add chicken meat and bones to it along with the garlic cloves. Cook it for 3 to 4 hours.
Strain it and remove the bones and separate the chicken from it.
Now add chicken and sweet corn to the stock prepared and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Season it with Chinese salt, salt and black pepper powder.
Beat the eggs and slowly mix it to the soup. Make sure flame is high during this process.
Make a paste of corn flour with water and add slowly to the soup.
Once it is thick enough remove it from the burner.
Now pour the soup in a bowl and serve it with hot chili sauce, vinegar and soy sauce.
Hot and spicy chicken corn soup is ready.
