Chicken Curry Karahi

A favorite Pakistani curry is Karahi, which is either cooked with mutton, chicken and beef. It has amazing taste texture and lovely likes.

Ingredients of Chicken Curry Karahi:

Chicken curry Karhai Recipe
Chicken: 1 kg
Yogurt : 2 cups
Ginger garlic chopped : 2 tbsp
Green chili: 5 to 6
Red chilly crushed: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : ½ tsp
Aniseed crushed: ½ tsp
Cumin crushed: ½ tsp
Oregano seeds crushed : 1 pinch
Dry greenback leaves : ½ tsp
Oil: ½ cup
Salt to taste

Cooking Directions of Chicken Curry Karahi:

Firstly start to heat oil in a large pan, add the chicken pieces and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
Now add chopped garlic and green chilies, cook for1 minute.
Pour the yogurt into the chicken.
Then add crushed aniseed, crushed cumin, crushed red chili, black pepper powder crushed, oregano and salt and fry till the oil forms a separate layer on top.
Then add remaining green chilies.
Cook for 10 minutes.
When water dries turn the flame off and serve it nicely.

Serving:

4-6 People.
