Chicken Curry

 

Ingredients of Chicken Curry:

Chicken Curry Recipe
Chicken: 3pound
Curry powder: 2tbsp
Onion: 1
Ghee: 4tbsp
Garlic: 1 whole
Soya sauce: 1tbsp
Salt: 1/2tsp
Stock: 1/2cup

Cooking Method of Chicken Curry:

Rub the salt on the chicken. Fry chicken for 5 minutes.
Take oil into a pan and onion and garlic and fry for a minute.
Add curry powder and salt into it and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add stock and soya sauce into it now pours the chicken into it.
Now cook for 20 minutes.

Serving:

5 to 6.
