Chicken Halanaka karahi

Halanaka karahi is very nice food and popular for its Hyderabad taste. You can get it in all of Pakistan. People come here for this karahi .

Ingredients of Halanaka karahi:

 Hala Naka Karahi Recipe
Chicken with bone: 1 kg
Clarified butter: 1 cup
Tomato puree: ½ cup
Yogurt : ½ cup
Red chili: powder 1 tsp
Red chili : 1 tsp (crushed)
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
All spice powder: ¼ tsp
Kasoori methi : ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Coriander: ½ tsp (crushed)
Cumin : ½ tsp (crushed)
Salt to taste

Cooking Method of Halanaka karahi:

Start a wok, put on high fire, put clarified butter, add chicken into the hot clarified butter, fry it till it get brown. Now you add ginger garlic paste leave for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed red chili, all spice powder, crushed coriander seeds, cumin seeds, kasoori methi, and mix it well nicely.
Cook it till the all spices is combined and oil floats.
Now karahi is ready and u can serve it with Naan.
