Chicken Lasaniya

Chicken Lasaniya is a delicious and yummy food it is a favorite of children and young’s. it becomes tasteful when we add sauces in it.

Ingredients of Chicken Lasaniya:

Chicken Lasaniya Recipe
Lasaniya: 1 Packet
Tomato: 1 cup(puree)
Chicken Boneless: 4 pieces (small chunks)
Mozzarella Cheese: 1 ½ cup
Cheddar Cheese: 1 ½ cup
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper : 1 tsp
Oregano: 1 tsp
Tomatoes: 4 to 5
Garlic : 6 Cloves
Oil: 4 tbsp
Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Salt to taste

For White Sauce:

Butter: 3 tbsp
Plain Flour : ½ cup
Chicken Stock: ½ cup
Milk : ½ liter
Salt: ½ tsp

Cooking Method of Chicken Lasaniya:

Boil Lasaniya and keep in a platter to cool.
For White Sauce: In a pan take butter and flour, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add stock and leave for few minutes.
Then add milk and keep stirring, till mixture thickens, add salt and crushed black pepper.
For Chicken Sauce: In a pan heat oil and put chicken pieces in it.
Add roughly chopped garlic and cook for 5 – 6 minutes.
Also add tomatoes and cook it for 5 more minutes.
Now add tomato puree, black pepper, red chili, oregano and salt and cook until the sauce turns thick.
For Baking: In an oven proof dish, spread some white sauce, then put sheets on it, followed by meat sauce.
Add half of the quantity of cheddar and mozzarella cheese and place lasagna layers on it and repeat the process.
At the ends garnish with coriander and bake in a per-heated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20minutes.

3-5 People.
