Chicken Masala Rice

Chicken Masala Rice is a most desirable recipe. This recipe is a full of proteins and carbohydrates’ hope you all enjoy it.

Ingredients of Chicken Masala Rice:

Chicken Masala Rice Recipe
Rice: 1/2 kg
Chicken: 400 gm
Tomatoes : 4 (medium chopped)
Ginger : 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Onions : 3 (large sliced in round)
Green chilies: 4 (chopped)
Whole cumin : 1 tbsp
Whole spices : 1 tsp
Red chili flakes : 1 tsp
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Eggs: 2
Yellow color a pinch
Fresh coriander : 1 tsp
Oil : 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions of Chicken Masala Rice:

First of all boil chicken with a pinch of salt and make in to small pieces.
Boil Rice with a few amount of salt till fully done.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and cook till colorless.
Add tomatoes, green chilies and ginger cook for 5 minutes.
Add all spice powder, whole cumin, red chili flakes, soya sauce, black pepper and salt.
Add shredded chicken, cook for a minute.
Add boiled rice and mix well and turn off the flame.
In a bowl mix eggs with yellow color, fresh coriander and salt to taste.
Fry eggs and then cut into strips.
Add egg stirs to rice and serve hot.

Serving:

3-4 People.
