Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients of Chicken Nuggets:

Chicken: 1 Kg
Leek: 1
Onion: 1
Carrot: 1
Milk: 1 liter
Butter: 120 grams
Flour: 250 grams
Salt as required.
Eggs: 3
Bread crumbs: 250 grams
Sunflower oil: ½ liters

Preparation of Chicken Nuggets:

Boil whole chicken in a pan covered with water with clean vegetables for 1 hour.

Once we get the baked chicken broth (I reserve the broth to make a soup with the cooked vegetables and passes through the food mill).

Remove the skin from chicken and cut meat into very small pieces, almost shredded. We make a creamy white sauce with the butter in a pan will to melt.

Once liquid, add the flour and let it cook the flour in the butter without lame color. Pour the hot milk mixture slowly and stir constantly.

Keep cooking once it has started to boil for 5 minutes, stirring. We added the shredded chicken and put a pinch of salt and nutmeg (optional).

Pour the dough in a bowl of kibble and let cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Once we take portions chilled dough with a spoon and form oval balls.

We pass these balls in flour, then beaten egg and finally the breadcrumbs. The fry a few at a few in a pan with hot oil.
