Chicken Soup

Chicken Soup is the one of the easiest recipes. You can make a delicious chicken soup at home and it will leftover roasted chicken.

Ingredients of Chicken Soup:

Chicken Soup Recipe
Butter : 55 gm

Onions : 2 (peeled and sliced)

Carrots: 2(peeled and finely diced)

Plain flour : 25 gm

Chicken Stock : 1-2 liters

Chicken : 500 gm skinned and shredded

Coriander : 1 tbsp freshly chopped

Salt as per taste

Black pepper freshly grounded as per taste

Cooking Directions for Chicken Soup:

Take a large saucepan and let the butter melt in it on medium heat. Add onions and carrots and fry them until they start getting soft
Add flour and stir for 2 minutes. Pour chicken stock and boil it while stirring. Add salt and pepper according to taste and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Now add chicken and cook till it gets heated through. Then add freshly chopped coriander and stir. You can add chili or soya sauce and serve.
