Chicken Spicy Korma

There are different types of korma in whole world. Korma is one of the most popular royal dish. Chicken Spicy Korma is different from red korma. Let’s see its ingredients.

Ingredients of Chicken Spicy Korma:

Chicken Spicy Korma Recipe
Chicken: 1 (cut into 12 pieces)
Yogurt : 1/2 cups
Onions : 3 (large, sliced)
Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
Whole all spice: 2 tbsp
Pine water: 1 – 3 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp or to taste
Red chilies: 20
Turmeric powder: 1/3 tsp
Oil: 1/3 cup
Water as required
Ginger : 3tbsp

Cooking Method of Chicken Spicy Korma:

First of all cut the red chilies in half and take out the seeds.
Crush the seeds to a fine powder.
Heat oil and fry the onions till golden.
In the same oil fry ginger and garlic for 2 minutes, then add the chicken and fry on high heat for 10 minutes.
Mix up all spice, cook for 2 minutes then add the salt, ground chili seeds, turmeric and required water.
Bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Whip the yogurt to a smooth paste and add to the chicken. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
Mix in crushed onions and pine. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Serve with finely sliced ginger on top.

Serving:

4-5 people.
