Chinese Beef


Ingredients of Chinese Beef:

Chinese Beef Recipe
Beef: 1kg
Onion: 50gm
Ghee: as required
Black pepper: 1/2tsp
Tomato sauce: 6tbsp
Garlic: 6cloves
Sanghare: 4
Ajinomoto: 1/2tsp
Corn flour: 2tsp
Soya sauce: 1tbsp

Cooking method of Chinese Beef:

Make paste of sanghare, cut the meat into small cubes and mix corn flour into water.
Heat up oil and add ajino moto, black pepper, garlic, soya sauce and corn flour into it and make masala.
When fry add beef into it and cook for 15 minutes.
After it add 1 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes and serve.

Serving:

7 to 8.
