Ingredients of Chinese Chargha:

Chinese Chargha Recipe
Chicken: 4 pound

Gun powder Sauce: 1cup

Cooking Method of Chinese Chargha:

Take a pan and put chicken and gun powder sauce in it.
Put it into preheated oven which is hot on 375 c.
Put it oven for 3 or 4 hours.
During this process turn the chicken and serve it.

Serving:

7 to 8 people.
