Ingredients of Chinese Fish with Tomato Sauce:

Chinese Fish with Tomato Recipe
Fish: 1/2kg
Oil: 50gm
Stock: 1cup
Plain Flour: 1tsp
Corn flour: 1tbsp
Gun powder sauce: 4tbsp
Onion: 1
Garlic:
Tomato: 6

Cooking Method of Chinese Fish with Tomato Sauce:

Slice the fish; add salt and plain flour with it.
Fry garlic and onion and add fish in it.
Boil tomatoes and peel off them and add into fish and gun powder sauce.
Now make batter of corn flour and stock and pour on fish and cook and serve.

Serving:

4 to 5.
