Chinese Prawns


Ingredients of Chinese Prawns:

Chinese Prawns Recipe
Prawns: 100gm
Peas: 50gm
Cashew nut: 50gm
Salt: 1tsp
Corn flour: 1tbsp
Egg: 1
Oil: 3tbsp
Ajinomoto: 1tsp
Salt: 1/2tsp
Sesame oil: 1tsp
Ginger: 2 slices
Vinegar: 1tsp

Cooking Method of Chinese Prawns:

Take prawns and marinade with (a) section and leave for 30minutes.
Fry ginger and add prawns and section (b) ingredients.
Now turn off the flame and add cashew nut and peas and serve.
