Chinese Steam Eggs


Ingredients of Chinese steam egg:

Chinese Steam Eggs Recipe
Egg: 6

Stock: 1/2cup

Ajinomoto: as required

Onion: 100gm

Cooking Method of Chinese Steam egg:

Beat eggs with ajinomoto and stock. Put them into steamer.
Give steam for a few minutes. When it will cook extract from steamer.
Chop onion and serve with steamed dish.

Serving:

2 to 3.
