Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients of Cinnamon Ice:

Cinnamon ice cream Recipe
Egg yolks: 3

Caster sugar : 100g

Vanilla sugar: 10g

Whole milk : 250 ml

Liquid cream: 200 ml

Cinnamon : 8g

Preparation of Cinnamon Ice Cream:

Mix with electric mixer the egg yolks and sugar until frothy.
Add the cinnamon and whole milk while continuing to beat.
Beat in whipped cream, then fold into the mixture with cinnamon.
Delicious Cinnamon ice cream is ready serve cold.
