Cottage Cheese Gourmet

Ingredients of Cottage Cheese Gourmet:

Cheese Gourmet Recipe
Cottage cheese: 400g

Small bananas: 4

Butter: 5g

Hazelnut paste: 35g

Hazelnuts: 10g

Sugar: 1 pinch
 

Preparation of Cottage Cheese Gourmet:

Allow to drain the Cottage Cheese few minutes before use. Toast the hazelnuts in a pan with 1 pinch of sugar. When browned, place them in a bowl.

Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
Heat a knob of butter in a pan and cook the bananas 5 minutes on each side.

For dressing place two pieces of banana on each plate. Besides the fruit, cottage cheese and pour one unmold a net hazelnut paste.
Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts and serve immediately.
