Crab Soup

A tasty bowl of hot crab soup garnished with coriander and spring onions can be really good with fish crackers. It is a Chinese recipe of crab soup.

Ingredients of Crab Soup:

Crab soup Recipe
Crab : 2 to 3
Boiled crab meat : 1 cup
Star anise : 2 to 3
Garlic cloves : 8 to 10
Spring onions : 2 to 3
Cinnamon : 2 to 3
Olive oil : 2 tbsp
Corn flour: 2 to 3 tbsp
Coriander : 4 to 6 leaves
Silvered garlic : 1 tbsp
Salt According to taste
Chinese salt As required
Crushed black pepper : ½ tbsp

Cooking directions of Crab Soup:

Wash the crabs well and then cook them in 2 jug of water along with spring onions, star anise, carrots, cinnamon leaves, garlic cloves and salt for about 4 hours.
Check the crab after that if it has cooked well then strain the stock.
Add corn flour mixed in water to the boiling stock.
Take a pan and add olive oil and silvered garlic and fry it till it gets golden. Now add it to the boiling crab stock.
Now pour crab meat to stock and add black pepper, Chinese salt and salt. Be careful of the amount of salt because it was added before too.
Now sizzling crab soup is ready to serve. Garnish with some coriander and crab meat.
