Cucumber and Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients of Cucumber and Grapefruit Salad & mango salad with prawns:

Salad of cucumber and grapefruit  Recipe

Cucumber: 1
Grapefruit: 2
Sunflower oil: 4 tablespoons
Chopped chives
Cottage cheese : 200 g
Peeled shrimp: 300 g
Mango: 1
Red pepper: 1
Olive oil, Juice of one lemon, salt, pepper and lemon slices.

Preparation and cucumber salad grapefruit & mango salad with prawns:

Cucumber salad:

Wash the cucumber and slice it into thin slices.
Peel the grapefruit and draw raw neighborhoods recovering juice.
Add 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil with 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt, grapefruit juice and pepper.
Arrange the slices of cucumber and grapefruit neighborhoods in glasses. Cover with a tablespoon of cottage cheese and sprinkle with chives.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of dressing and serve.

Mango salad:

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp on all sides. Salt and pepper.
Peel the mango and draw the flesh, cut into cubes. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.
Mix the mango and pepper with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Add shrimp (keep 4 for decoration). Arrange the salad in glasses, garnish with a slice of lemon and shrimp.

Serving:

2-3 people.
