Cumin Pulao recipe is a delicious in taste. Cumin makes the recipe flavorful.
Ingredients of Cumin Pulao:
Water : 2 cups
Cumin seeds : 11/2tsp
Oil: 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Bay leaves: 2
Cloves: 3-4
Black pepper to taste
Black Cardamom : 1
Preparation Method of Cumin Pulao:
First we wash the rice and drain rice 2-3 times and soak in water for 15-10 minutes.
Heat oil and add cumin seeds bay leaf, cardamom, whole black pepper and cloves.
When Cumin seeds are done add the rice and salt, mix well.
Add water.
When it starts boiling low down the flame of the gas and covers it partially.
When rice will be done when holes appear on the surface and water is completely absorbed.
Now serve the cumin Pulao hot with any salads or raita.
Serving:
2-3 People.
