Egg yolks : 3

Vanilla sugar : 1 packet

Corn flour: 15 ml

Tonka bean: 1/2 grated

Milk: 500 ml

Preparation for the Tonka Bean:

In a bowl, microwave baking, mix all dry ingredients.
Stir the milk, then cover.
Cook for 5 minutes and then stir.
Cook for another 2 minutes.
Enjoy the custard Tonka Bean.
