Deep Fried Shrimp Balls

Ingredients of Deep Fried Shrimp Balls:

Deep Fried Shrimp Balls Recipe
Shrimp: ½ kg
Mince: 250gm
Bread Crumb: 1 cup
Sanghare: 2
Lentil leaves: 3
Tomato sauce: 1tbsp
Salt: 1/2tsp
Sesame oil: 1/2tsp
Egg white:1
Corn Flour: 1tsp

Cooking Method of Deep Fried Shrimp Balls:

Mix the shrimp, sanghare and mince and make a batter and add sesame oil into batter.
Add salt etc.
Make 1inch balls from this batter.
Coat with bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
Now serve with lentil leaves and tomato sauce.
