Dragon Shrimp

 

Ingredients of Dragon Shrimp:

Dragon Shrimp Recipe
Shrimp: 250gm
Soya sauce: 1/2 cup
Egg: 2
Oil: as required
Onion: 50gm
Ginger: 10gm
Corn flour: 1/4cup
Ajenomoto: 1tsp

Cooking Method of Dragon Shrimp:

Make paste of ginger and onion.
Beat eggs and add ginger, onion, soya sauce, corn flour and mix them well.
Boil the shrimp into water for 5 minutes after cool down mix above batter with it.
Now cook for 5 minutes and serve.

Serving:

6 to 7 people.
