Florentine Biscuits

Florentine Biscuits are good healthy recipe. Its taste is amazing because of margarine.

Ingredients of Florentine Biscuits:

Butter or margarine: 350gm

Brown sugar: 350gm

Liquid honey: 8tbsp

Oat flakes: 350gm

Almonds chopped: 100gm

Cherries: 100gm

Fruit: 100gm

Chocolate baking: 400gm

Preparation Method of Florentine Biscuits:

Preheat the oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).

Crouch rolled two molds (baking) of parchment paper making over the edge about 1cm.

Place the butter (margarine), sugar and honey in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until the mixture is melted.

Let cool 15 minutes, and then turn out on 2 sheets of parchment paper, making sure that cookies remain in one piece. Remove the paper.Melt the chocolate (double boiler or microwave) and spread it evenly over the biscuits.

Allow to cool, and then make grooves on the chocolate with a fork.When cookies are completely and chocolate hardened, turn them on a board and separate them.

The cookies will keep a week in a sealed box.
