Fried Liver

Fried Liver is a traditional dish with a different taste. First of all salt is applied to the lever to get rid of the bad smell.

Ingredients of Fried Liver:

Tawa fried liver Recipe
Liver: ½ kg
Tomatoes : 2
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric : ½ tsp
Tart powder: ½ tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Oil and salt as per requirement.

Cooking Directions of Fried Liver:

Cot the mutton lever into small pieces and pure some salt on it.
After 10 minutes wash the liver.
Pure oil and garlic paste into the frying pan and light brown the garlic.
After 3 -4 minutes add the liver and fry it until it gets brown.
Add tomatoes and all other spices into the liver and mix it.
Add 2-3 cups of water into the pan and leave it on simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the led and cook it on high flame unlit oil separate.
Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced ginger.
Serve the delicious fried liver on .

Serving:

3-4 people.
