Fry Triple

 

Ingredients of Fry Triple:

Fry Triple Recipe
Liver meat: 1/2pound
Kidney meat: 1/2pound
Ghee: 4tbsp
Onion: 2tbsp
Garlic: 2 bunches
Stock: 2tbsp
Sugar: 1tsp
Corn soup: 1 1/2tbsp
Soya Sauce: 4tbsp

Cooking Method of Fry Triple:

Cut liver, kidney separately. Pour 1 tbsp of soya sauce on each.
Rub corn flour and spices on it.
Fry both of them separately.
Now add soya sauce, sugar, stock. Liver and kidney meat into the rest of the oil and fry for to minutes and serve.

Serving:

6 to 7people.
